Beach Reunions Rental Policy

Reservations
The rental amount is calculated by adding 11% for the Florida State and County
Bed Tax.
August 15 – May 22 a cleaning fee will be added to your rental
rate.
To reserve a date and property a completed contract (which will be sent via email) and 1/3rd of rental payment is required within 10 days. The last 2/3 payment and taxes are due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. All payments and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A credit card form will be supplied on request and must be faxed or mailed.
After arrival at the property one of our staff members will come by to welcome you and answer any questions as well as provide and overview of the house. For immediate assistance contact Jim Cochran at 850.650.4544.
Damage/Security Deposit
A credit card Number will serve as a security deposit. The card will
be charged should any damages occur to the property i.e. broken furniture,
stained carpets, marred walls, missing items.
- No damage is done to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear and property is left in good condition at check out
- All trash is bagged and placed in outdoor garbage cans on posted garbage days as well as prior to departing.
- All outdoor trash and cigarette butts should be picked up
- If sleeper sofas are used strip sheets and pillow cases
- Dishwasher should be filled and run as you depart
- Kitchen appliances are unplugged, all lights off
- Place the A/C at 78 degrees prior to leaving
Reservation Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the booking, the deposit will
not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised
price your entire deposit is refunded.
Mandatory Evacuation
A hurricane must be named by the National Weather Service and a mandatory
evacuation for Destin issued in order to be refunded for early departure/late
arrival. If this is the case a pro-rated amount will be refunded.

Pool Rules & Hot Tub Rules
- All guest swim at their own risk
- Pool gate must be kept closed at all times
- All children must be supervised by an adult within the pool area
- No Glass at any time around pool area
- Shower off all sand prior to use. Sand can affect the pool pump operation
- Tampering with any pool equipment can forfeit your deposit
House Rules
- Quiet hours for the neighborhood are 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Please - no damp clothing or sunscreen on any furniture
- Keep doors and windows closed to maintain A/C temperature
- No smoking in the house
